About Cap & Copper Distillery
Cap & Copper Distillery is the dream of experienced Distiller, Simon Brannon. Simon has worked in the industry for many years and has a passion for, well, all things alcohol. Starting as a bartender then a brewer, for the past several years Simon has worked as a distiller and head of new product development. He has created hundreds of gins, rums, liqueurs even non alc’s for all sizes of customers, and has won multiple awards.

Original dry gin
This is a bold and full flavoured Gin but is traditionally profiled. A classic juniper forward start is then enhanced with huge flavours of spice, gunpowder, citrus and much more.

Original spiced Rum
Enhancing the great flavour of the rum created by the hard work of the source distillery in Trinidad, we created a unique spice blend including allspice, cubeb, pink peppercorn, cocoa, cinnamon and vanilla.

Cocoa & dark chocolate spiced Rum
This rum was created to combine two of our favourite things: top quality Rum and rich dark chocolate. Using a blend of different varieties of cocoa nibs, husks and bean mixed with a few classic spices we created an outstanding sipping Rum; but don’t think it can’t be mixed, this is meant for cocktailing!
